A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Cam graduated from The University of Georgia in May of 2023 with a degree in Finance, which has endowed him with a robust foundation in financial concepts and analysis, greatly enhancing his ability to assess cash flow and complex financial structures. He has demonstrated a versatile background through numerous experiences in Investment Banking, Wealth Management, and Equity Research. Cam’s transition into commercial lending highlighted the complementary nature of his time in wealth management and investment banking, allowing him to seamlessly adapt to assisting small business owners in acquiring and refinancing commercial real estate in the most creative ways possible by using his service-oriented talents.
Cam mentions that his passion for SBA is meaningful on a personal level as his father was a restaurant owner who was able to leverage SBA in order to take his business to the next level, and after seeing the positive impact that was the result of the SBAloan Cam gained a renowned interest in the industry. His daily motivation stems from this capacity to facilitate, guide and provide support to aspiring entrepreneurs like his father. Recognizing that each borrower presents a unique set of circumstances, he considers it a privilege to assist in shaping this next chapter of their journey. Leveraging his diverse professional and personal background, Cam makes concerted efforts to gain a deep understanding of his client’s needs, nurturing a long-term collaborative approach to each relationship that is poised for years to come.
Beyond his professional pursuits, he is passionate about helping underserved minorities in his community, playing basketball & golf, and exploring nature with his dog, all while making sure he spends quality time with his loved ones. Whether navigating the intricacies of SBA commercial lending for his network of clients and referral sources, or taking them to a sports event, Cam’s passion lies in educating and guiding individuals toward new opportunities that are life-changing for both sides.
