Jeff Roegge

Prior to his current role with Harvest, Jeff was interim COO for Carolina Small Business Development Fund (CSBDF) where he helped promote economic growth and entrepreneurship throughout the region by assisting with affordable business financing, comprehensive technical assistance, and robust policy research.  He has an extensive history with small business lending, having also served as the SBA Team Lead for SunTrust Bank.  Jeff has worked in the finance industry since 1993, specializing in SBA Lending since 1997.  His experience includes all facets of the industry - loan servicing, underwriting, sales, and management.  In addition to working for large regional banks, Jeff spent 4 years managing BizCapital BIDCO, a business and industrial development company owned by Atlantic Capital Partners.  In that role, he oversaw receiving, monetizing, and deploying New Market Tax Credits.

Jeff holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University and a Master of Business Administration from Washington University’s Olin School of Business. He is proud to be a veteran of the US Navy, where he served as an Aviation Electrician 2nd Class Petty Officer aboard the USS Midway and NAS Diego Garcia. During his personal time, Jeff is taking care of his 2 horses and 2 cows on his farm near Raleigh, NC.
