Jeff Roegge

Prior to his current position at Harvest, Jeff served as the interim Chief Operating Officer for Carolina Small Business Development Fund (CSBDF), actively contributing to the advancement of economic growth and entrepreneurship within the region. His efforts involved facilitating affordable business financing, offering comprehensive technical assistance, and conducting extensive policy research to foster development. With an extensive background in small business lending, Jeff also held the role of SBA Team Lead at SunTrust Bank.

With a career spanning back to 1993, Jeff has been immersed in the finance industry, specializing in SBA lending since 1997. His experience encompasses all aspects of the field, including loan servicing, underwriting, sales, and management. In addition to his tenure with large regional banks, Jeff dedicated four years to overseeing BizCapital BIDCO, a business and industrial development company owned by Atlantic Capital Partners. In this capacity, he managed the reception, monetization, and deployment of New Market Tax Credits.

Jeff is academically well-grounded, holding a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University and a Master of Business Administration from Washington University's Olin School of Business. Furthermore, he takes pride in his service as a US Navy veteran, where he held the role of Aviation Electrician 2nd Class Petty Officer aboard the USS Midway and NAS Diego Garcia.

During his personal time, Jeff tends to his two horses and two cows on his farm near Raleigh, North Carolina.
