Sean Wilkie

Drawing on more than nine years of experience in SBA real estate lending, Sean Wilkie supports borrowers nationwide as a Business Development Officer at Harvest. He began his career supporting SBA transactions from the ground up, gaining hands-on exposure to deal structure, documentation, and borrower communication—experience that continues to shape his thoughtful, detail-driven approach today.

With a strong foundation in SBA lending and owner-occupied commercial real estate, Sean focuses on building trusted relationships and delivering financing solutions that align with each borrower’s long-term goals. He is actively working toward his CCIM designation, reflecting his commitment to continued education and market expertise. Sean is deeply involved in his local commercial real estate community, serving as a board member for a regional Commercial Real Estate Association and as an active member of HAGGL, where he has long contributed to planning its annual golf outing. These roles reinforce his collaborative mindset and dedication to the industry.

Outside of work, Sean is a proud father of two and an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hiking, camping, and rock climbing whenever time allows—bringing the same discipline, preparation, and perseverance from the outdoors into every deal he works on.
