Sean Stavinoha

Sean Stavinoha is a Business Development Associate, where he helps small business owners secure financing to purchase or refinance owner-occupied commercial real estate nationwide. He works across SBA 7(a), SBA 504, and conventional loan programs, partnering with borrowers and commercial real estate professionals to structure long-term financing solutions.

Sean is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, where he competed as a student-athlete in track and field and earned All-American honors as a discus thrower. His athletic background shaped a disciplined, resilient, and relationship-driven approach that carries into his work in SBA lending.

Outside of work, Sean enjoys golfing, being on the water, staying active, and spending time with family and friends. He believes perseverance and resilience are essential to long-term success—values that guide how he supports small business owners throughout the lending process.
