As Vice President, Business Development Officer at Harvest Small Business Finance, Preston partners closely with business owners, brokers, and referral partners nationwide to simplify the lending process, provide transparent guidance, and structure creative deals that deliver results. His background includes nearly ten years as CEO of Alliance Underwriting LLC, where he led a team that originated and underwrote over $200 million in SBA and conventional loans for banks, credit unions, private lenders, and Certified Development Companies.

Preston’s professional journey began in the U.S. Army, where he built a strong foundation in discipline, logistics, and leadership—skills that continue to guide his relationship-first approach to lending today.
