Matthew Molina

Matthew’s path blends athletics, real estate, business, and community impact into a career defined by discipline and vision. A former Division I track and field athlete, he learned to perform under pressure, stay consistent in preparation, and commit to growth—qualities that continue to shape his professional life.

He began his career as a sales associate with a real estate broker, coordinating transactions and supporting clients through complex property deals. From there, Matthew broadened his reach by working with economic development organizations to create new business opportunities and with gaming companies to design programs and events that brought people together through competition and community. Today, he is building a foundation for long-term success in SBA lending. His experiences across real estate, economic development, and gaming have given him a unique perspective on how businesses grow, the challenges they face, and the opportunities that financing can unlock. He brings that perspective forward with a focus on building trust, supporting entrepreneurs, and creating pathways for sustainable success.

Outside of work, Matthew stays connected to his athletic roots through fitness and mentorship, applying the same mindset that drove him as a collegiate athlete: stay prepared, keep improving, and strive to leave a lasting impact.
