Lauren Olsen

With a background in real estate and property management, Lauren Olsen joined Harvest in 2021 during the Paycheck Protection Program and quickly developed a passion for helping small business owners access the capital they need to grow. As a Business Development Coordinator, she partners closely with Harvest's Business Development Officers to help prepare and organize loan opportunities for submission and underwriting, supporting a smooth and efficient process along the way. Lauren enjoys building strong relationships and creating positive experiences for both borrowers and her team. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, camping, and exploring California's beautiful coastline.
