Bob Sebastian

Bob Sebastian is a Senior Vice President - Loan Officer who is consistently a top lending advocate for small businesses across the United States, with a focus on the Inland Empire Region of Southern California. Prior to his current work in the commercial real estate lending arena Bob had a career for 8 years as a commercial real estate broker for one of the largest CRE firms in the nation.  It is this background in property acquisition and subsequent sales that Bob brings a solid grasp of the details and nuances of the SBA loan transaction from start to finish.
