Bailey Wolff

Bailey Wolff is a national expert in owner-occupied commercial finance. He began his career in 2016 at the New York Metro SBA District Office as the Public Affairs Specialist. This role gave him broad exposure to the many ways the SBA supports small business growth.

Bailey has been with Harvest since 2020. He started as an associate, learning from some of the industry’s top Business Development Officers. He quickly advanced to originating, pre-underwriting, and closing his own owner-occupied commercial real estate loans across the United States. Bailey has successfully closed deals in every region of the country. He is originally from Spokane, WA.

Bailey has a young family and prioritizes spending as much time with them as possible. He holds a master’s degree in journalism and a bachelor’s degree in writing. His interest in people’s stories is part of what makes him an effective SBA lender. Many of Bailey’s loans are underwritten based on the story of what the business will achieve after purchasing the property, rather than solely on historical performance.

Bailey is highly collaborative and always open to sharing information and connections. He is driven by a desire to help others accomplish their goals.
