Cindy Santilena, CCIM

With 18 years of SBA lending experience, Cindy has emerged as a prominent figure in the industry, dedicated to helping small businesses achieve their dreams of commercial real estate ownership. Her professional journey has encompassed roles at a leading Certified Development Company and one of the world's largest global banks, granting her a unique perspective and a wealth of knowledge in loan structures and SBA eligibility.

Throughout her career, Cindy has extended lending support to various owner-user property types, with a range of lending options encompassing SBA 7(a), SBA 504, and conventional loans.

Cindy graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics and International Business. She also holds the distinction of being a CCIM Designee (Certified Commercial Investment Member). Currently, she serves on the Board of Directors for the Northern Nevada CCIM and CREW chapters.
