Growing Stronger: Meet Harvest’s New BDO Tom Wilczynski

Tom joined Harvest after recently selling the successful business he owned and operated for 16 years, during which he managed over 70 employees. He brings that experience and knowledge to building solid relationships with Harvest’s small business clients.
Prior to that, Tom had more than 24 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, SBA lending, and conventional lending to small businesses. Before starting his career, he attended the University of Colorado.
Over the years, he has received numerous honors, including the Denver Board of Realtors Million Dollar Roundtable Award, distinguished awards from SBA banks, and Lifetime Achievement Awards. He has held many positions in the SBA lending industry, from Business Development Officer to National Franchise Relationship Manager.
Tom has conducted numerous speaking engagements and seminars on small business lending programs for audiences such as commercial real estate brokerage companies, commercial developers, SIOR and CCIM organizations, as well as local business associations and national franchises. His extensive background in credit analysis and underwriting gives him an advantage in identifying the best loan programs for each unique borrower.
His competitive nature drives him to persevere and is reflected in his strong work ethic. In his free time, Tom enjoys snow skiing, ice hockey, mountain biking, hiking, and fly fishing.
