Robert Zazula brings more than twenty-five years of SBA expertise to Harvest, backed by a multifaceted career that spans every stage of the lending process. Originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Robert relocated to Texas in 1992 after spending formative time in Huntington Beach, California—a path that has shaped his balanced, customer-focused approach within the SBA industry.

Robert launched his SBA career at BBVA Compass in 1999, where he dedicated over twenty-two years to the nationally recognized lender. His deep experience includes work across Origination, Underwriting, Funding, Closing, Servicing, and Liquidation—providing him with a comprehensive understanding of SBA workflows and the end-to-end borrower experience. Throughout his career, Robert has been driven by a commitment to helping customers successfully access SBA products and ensuring they feel supported from initial project launch through final completion.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Amberton University, a foundation that has contributed to his long-term professional success.

Outside of work, Robert has been married for more than thirty-five years and is the proud father of two children. When he’s not assisting small business owners, you can find him on the ice playing hockey or riding his 2011 Harley Davidson Softail Classic motorcycle.
