Jim Wilkie graduated with a Finance Degree from Indiana University and was recruited into banking in Houston in 1984. He has been a Loan and Business Development Officer ever since, focusing on Small Balance Commercial Real Estate and SBA lending.
Throughout his career, Jim has spent time with Heller, CNL, Lehman, Wells Fargo, BBVA, and Seacoast (EB&T), originating and closing over $500 million in SBA and Conventional loans.
Married to his college sweetheart, Jim has two grown children and 2.5 grandchildren. He spends his free time with family and enjoys fishing for bass primarily from a kayak.
