Bio
Jason Raefski is an accomplished finance executive with over 30 years of experience in banking, capital markets, and investment banking. Most recently, he was the Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer at Nano Banc, a $1 billion total asset community bank located in Southern California. Prior to Nano Banc, he held executive management positions at Opus Bank (EVP Treasurer), where he managed a $500 million multifamily securitization, Sunwest Bank (EVP CFO), where he was instrumental in failed bank acquisitions, and Commercial Capital Bank (SVP Finance), where he managed all facets of the finance department including several bank and depository acquisitions. Mr. Raefski started his career with the investment banking firm Sandler O’Neill (Now Piper Sandler).
