Mason Hopton, Sr.

Mason Hopton, is a dynamic and results-driven SBA Senior Business Development Associate, with over 4 years of experience in the financial services industry. Since September 2019, Mason has been a key contributor to the Northern and Southern California region, providing instrumental support to some of Harvest’s top producing BDO’s. As a Senior Business Development Associate, Mason is responsible for originating loans and supporting BDOs (Business Development Officers) by helping package and close loans effectively. Mason has also played an essential role in the company’s two years of PPP (Paycheck Protection Program) loan production and processing. With Mason’s contribution, the company has been able to help numerous small businesses navigate the challenging economic conditions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. As an ambitious and driven individual, Mason plans to graduate into an officer within the next 6 to 12 months. Mason holds a degree in Business Finance from San Diego State University, where he developed a strong foundation in financial concepts and analysis, supporting his ability to evaluate cash flow and complex structures.
