Cindy Santilena

With 15 years experience in SBA lending, Cindy has become an industry leader helping small businesses realize their dream of commercial real estate ownership.  Her experience working for a leading Certified Development Company as well as one of the largest global banks gives her a unique perspective and depth of knowledge when it comes to loan structures and SBA eligibility.   She has provided lending to all owner-user property types, including more complex requests like hospitality, restaurants, gas stations, car washes and self storage.  She offers personalized financing from a variety of lending solutions including SBA 7a, SBA 504 and conventional loans.  

Cindy graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a Bachelor's degree in Economics and International Business. Cindy is a CCIM Designee (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Northern Nevada CREW chapter.​
