Patrick Appleton has nearly two decades of experience in the financial services industry and a proven record of building strong relationships – listening to and learning the unique needs of his customers and exceeding through service excellence. He has excellent experience in commercial lending, government guaranteed lending, treasury management, and commercial real estate finance across the United States.
Patrick leverages his lending, credit, and treasury management expertise to help entrepreneurs navigate the Small Business Administration (SBA) loan process so they can get back to the business sooner. He is a graduate of several National Associations of Government Guaranteed Lenders leadership courses, including, Understanding the SOP, Fundamentals of SBA Credit Underwriting, Advanced Cash Flow Analysis, and Explore the CAPLines Program.
Patrick attended Purdue University for his undergrad and Central Michigan University for his Masters, and he is a graduate of the Hamilton County Leadership program. Patrick volunteers as a mentor for the Starfish Initiative program and serves on the Executive Leadership Team for the American Heart Association. Patrick lives in Carmel, Indiana and is married with three kids.
Tony Wagner Senior Vice President Business Development Officer Southern Region Tony Wagner joins the Harvest Small Business Finance with over 15 years of experience in the financial industry where he has provided financing for owner-occupied commercial real estate; refinance of debt; business expansion; business acquisitions, partner buy-outs and start up financing.
Tony has helped businesses leverage their strengths by providing financial lending solutions and expert business guidance that has helped business owners grow systematically and flourish beyond all expectations.
Tony truly appreciates and understands the challenges of entrepreneurship and needs capital, his commitment to building better business relationships is evident by his involvement in the Tampa Bay area Chamber of Commerce and several other organizations; he currently serves on the Board of Directors for Paddle Board Against Cancer.
Chris McDonald Senior Vice President Business Development Officer Midwest Region
Chris McDonald has been in the banking and finance industry for 15 years with experience in commercial lending, government guaranteed lending, and commercial real estate finance. He has worked for organizations such as Wintrust, Citizens Bank, Associated Bank, and a non-profit providing SBA 504 financing.
Chris truly appreciates working with business owners and understands the importance of working as accurately and efficiently as possible to meet his clients’ needs. Given the speed and organization at which Harvest functions he is more excited than ever to deliver optimal solutions for his customers. Chris is a trusted advisor and provides valuable solutions as he fully understands the challenges of owning a business.
Chris graduated from Northern Illinois University with a degree in Finance. When he’s not working or spending time with his wife and 1-year-old Chris enjoys traveling, playing sports, and strumming his guitar.
