Prior to joining the Harvest Business Development team, Bailey worked in SBA's New York District Office connecting small business owners and lenders to the agency's many products and services. He also has experience working for a Small Business Investment Company (SBIC), where he performed market research for seed-stage Financial Technology companies. Bailey worked two years in Ukraine as a Peace Corps volunteer and has his master's degree in Journalism. All of his diverse experience comes together at Harvest where he delivers individualized customer service to each client and supports his team in getting the job done.
Travis Wear Assistant Vice President Business Development Associate Southern California Region
A Southern California native, Travis graduated from UCLA in 2014. He excelled in both the classroom and on the court, as a 3 year starter on the men’s basketball team. After graduating from UCLA, Travis played professional basketball for 6 years in the NBA, G-League and abroad.
Having continuously travelled the country and around the globe, Travis has witnessed first hand the significance small businesses have on job creation. Now that he has retired from playing basketball professionally, he looks forward to helping small businesses grow and thrive in our communities.
Amjad Osmani Senior Vice President Loan Officer Southern California Region A well known and leading individual in the commercial world and business banking. Amjad Osmani started his commercial banking career with Wells Fargo Bank from 1990 to 1997. Starting as a BDO, Amjad moved quickly through the ranks and left Wells Fargo Bank in 1997 as the Area Manager for Business Banking covering the Bay area. In July 1997, Amjad joined Bank of America and moved to S. California as a regional manager. Within 2 years he was promoted as the Business Market Executive / Senior Vice President and managed most of S. California’s commercial loan production. Amjad also managed Northwest Florida as a Consumer Market Executive in charge of approximately 40 branches.
After leaving Bank of America in 2006, Amjad started his own business and joined Spectrum Commercial Lending as an independent contractor. In the last 30 years of his career, he has funded approximately half a billion $$ in commercial loans, RLOC and Equipment financing. Amjad currently resides in San Diego but with joining Harvest he has the entire nation as his market. Mike started his banking career over 25 years ago holding roles in operations, credit underwriting, relationship management and business development. Over his career he has always focused on small to midsize family owned businesses in all types of industries. His desire to help these businesses comes from his experience in his family owned business before his banking career.
He has worked at organizations such as Huntington Bank, Fifth Third Bank, Merrill Lynch Business Financial Services and American National Bank. For 15 years prior to Harvest he managed business relationship managers and business development officers with a focus on commercial real estate financing, SBA 7a, SBA 504, working capital financing and equipment leasing.
Mike holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Ohio University. He resides in Plainwell, Michigan with his wife and two daughters. If there is any spare time after working and watching his daughters compete in swimming, he enjoys golfing, boating, skiing and hiking.

Gary’s career has spanned over 30 years in various business development roles in the financial services industry. After graduating college, he worked in the insurance industry before transitioning to selling institutional money management services. Since 2002, he has worked for several local banks as a commercial lender with a focus on owner-occupied commercial real estate, SBA, and leveraged lending.
During his tenure at Southwest Bank, he built his loan portfolio from zero to $130 million in six years. He partnered with a local private equity firm to leverage New Markets Tax Credits to create a unique loan fund for qualified companies.
Gary holds a Bachelor’s degree from Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri.
